Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Clothes with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contactus@chaarbaak.com
Returns, Refunds & Undelivered Orders Policy
We do not accept self-shipped returns. All return requests must be initiated by contacting us at contactus@chaarbaak.com.
Return & Refund Process
If you wish to return an item, please email us at contactus@chaarbaak.com with your order details. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup of the product from your delivery address.
You are not required to mail the product yourself.
Undelivered or Refused Shipments
If an order cannot be delivered due to the customer being unavailable at the time of delivery, or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, the customer must contact us at contactus@chaarbaak.com to initiate the return process.
In such cases:

We will arrange for the item to be picked up.

Courier and return shipping charges will be deducted from the total selling amount.

The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the product is received back by us.
Important Notes

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
